Last night in the $500 mil PB drawing, I bought 8 tickets, and 7 of my tickets had NONE of the winning numbers and the other ticket had only one matching number.
Has anyone done the math calculations in Powerball and Mega Millions for what are the odds of getting NONE of the winning numbers in any given ticket? Most of the PB and MM tickets I have bought in the last year either have just 1 number of none.
Man, need a LOT of LUCK for hitting the jackpot in these games! But what a life-changing win!

+17 @HopliteSocrates I’m not surprised at all, the odds for those games are pretty terrible. When they say you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning twice, they really mean that. I play State games with much better odds, and I still have streaks of winning nothing, not even free tickets.
