What Would You do if You WON?
By EnvironmentalTwo3810+12 What attorney or law firm to use?
I've been seeing a lot of posts recently regarding the very popular lottery lawyer and CPA from Florida. However, many people are reluctant to use his services because he charges a percentage of the winnings vs a billable hour rate. Just curious about what law firms you plan to use/have used in the past to claim a lottery win? Does this law firm have a specialty practice for trusts and estates? If you did win, how much were you charged?

+12 @InUrFaceSpaceCoyote A firm that markets specifically to lottery screams to me wanting to scam people who suddenly have more money than they know what to do with. Use a large national firm with an office in a nearby major city. The kind of firm that is used to working with high-dollar accounts and won't blink an eye at your $100 million jackpot.
