I've been seeing a lot of posts recently regarding the very popular lottery lawyer and CPA from Florida. However, many people are reluctant to use his services because he charges a percentage of the winnings vs a billable hour rate. Just curious about what law firms you plan to use/have used in the past to claim a lottery win? Does this law firm have a specialty practice for trusts and estates?
