What Would You do if You WON?

+98 The one time I don’t play, I would’ve won.

My kid was born just 2 months ago in August so i have been playing my own numbers on the Texas Two step for 2 months now. Every Monday and Thursday I have bought the same numbers for 2 months straight. I was getting gas yesterday after work and decided I was too tired to go in and get my ticket.

I always play our birthdays. My wife’s: 5/8 Mine: 11/24 Kids birth month: 8

5-8-11-24—-8

The one time I don’t go and get my ticket I would have won $300k. Is this a sign to give up or keep gambling? I am having a rough time in all honesty. I feel like a crusty piece of shit.

Has this ever happened to any of yall?

+64 @ohioAf Damn that's rough. Every once and a while you hear stories like this and it's gut wrenching.

+36 @Winturlove It sounds like the universe fuck with people just because. This was the universe telling you it's not on your side.

+22 @Watt-Midget It happens more often than you’d think, which is actually kinda surprising. But it’s just life man, try not to dwell on it too much and beat yourself up over it.

+18 @Specific-Promotion85 Why I started quick picks instead of lucky or favorite numbers. Better for your mentality to not be too attached.

+11 @BlazedTigress Old saying, “When you don’t play, they pay”

+11 @flabslabrymr Nothing this much, but plantar fasciitis cost me 5k in pick 4 because I didn't want to hobble back to the car and grab the play slip lol
