Note to you don't spend 400$ at a place and cash the ticket there The person will scoff at you because you didn't tip them.
Side note : the ticket was bought from the machine they have not from the person at the counter.
Not everyone has to tip when they win.

+15 @QuitInfinite I've only tipped once and it wa $20 bucks. That was for a 5k win. Never for a $500 winner. Im from MA too...I haven't had much luck with those $50 tickets. Congrats on the win.
