So I grabbed a bunch of thrown away ripped up tickets from the store trash because I will scan them for the second chance drawing. Tell me why I found 5 winning tickets. One with $100, one with $40 and so on. But i guess because they are ripped, even tho the barcode is intact, I can start crying a river because those tickets are now worthless.
