I bought these tickets at different days & times & I can’t believe how many of these tickets gave me the same 3 numbers (8) for the Megaball. And the other ones were two 12’s. I was nowhere even close to what the Megaball that was drawn last night. At times like this I get so frustrated I want to just stop playing the Mega Millions.

+24 @ooprep I’m not trying to be rude but you spent $35 on Mega Millions when you could have bought 17 powerball tickets at the massive jackpot.
+22 @Goharddinthepaint You should. With MM at 5$ the jackpot would need to be 2.8 Billion with a 1.4 Billion cash option to be anywhere near even Expected Value. And that’s not even considering the taxes so the cash option needs to be closer to 2 Billion for any level of fair EV.
