The total number of tickets sold is 542,226. Multiplying that by 99.25% gives 538,159. Subtract from total, and that leaves only 4,067 tickets unsold. On the Idaho lottery website, the number of Prizes left totals 4053.

Now (I am guessing) the website is way behind in updating the "prize's left page" because there is NO way that many prizes are left. Each 25 ticket packet that I have seen is roughly a .45% win to loss ratio.
