+17 @Master_Audience_3202 Im a cashier and I say good luck to everyone if anything it feels rude not too and sometimes it's the only way to start conversation between a customer. Also I'd never ask for a cut but it's sad when I sell a 500 ticket and someone just walks away but I'd never say something to them
