So I usually buy scratchers, but today I asked the guy at the liquor store about hotspots. All he could tell me was that they’re $1 and $2 for the bullseye , and they run every 4 minutes. So I bought 1 bullseye and 2 $1s. Won $1 each. Bought another bullseye and hit !
